Dublin technically has a lower average rainfall than New York and Dallas however, do not get too optimistic because unlike these cities, though it may rain less it is frequently threatening in

. So though it may have a lower rainfall you never know when rain will strike and you’re best off being prepared for inclement weather… or just go shopping indoors! There are plenty of indoor shopping centres throughout the city. Saint Stephen’s Green is located on the South Side of Dublin just south of the Liffey and at the end of Grafton Street, a perfect escape from the rain when you are wandering the shops of this pedestrian outdoor shopping mecca. There is also a large shopping centre on
