Also, the city’s main transport hubs; Connolly Train Station and Central Bus Station, are located adjacent to the B&B. ...more details > Room options include twin, double and quadruple rooms, all of which have their own private bathrooms. Room facilities include TVs, heating and usage of towels and sheets. In the B&B there is a TV lounge, a left-luggage office and a private car park. The building still retains many of its Georgian features, though it has been recently restored to offer guests a high level of comfort. The atmosphere is very friendly, so you will be made feel right at home. In the area, you’ll find plenty of places to eat out, at either cafés or restaurants, and there are also cinemas, theatres and museums nearby. The breakfast is included in the price of your stay. I was a bit disappointed by the room we had, as it was under the roof (3rd floor) and the stairs were getting smaller and smaller. The first room that I rejected would have been quieter (in the back), but had a very small bathroom (toilet and shower cabin next to each other, have to open door again to get from one to another), sink in the room itself. But apparently all the twin rooms are up there, so either that or book a double. - Staff and owner are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a bit unimaginative (Irish breakfast, muesli, syropy orange-water mix, some fruit) and could definitely be easily improved. The private parking in the back is worth seeing... an old big shed that is opened by the staff on request. Unfortunately we could not use it the first and third night, as once we came back to the B&B too late, and secondly there was nobody at the B&B that afternoon/evening/night to open the shed. So we parked on the street which was no problem. |

Good location. Quite clean although I wish the towels to be changed more frequently. Good food, friendly staff and helpful. Too noisy from the trafic on the main road. |
