Very well-run guest house, with friendly. helpful staff. Was a bit cold during the day, heated only morning and evening. My room was a bit noisy (at back, on ground floor) as it was the main thoroughfare from annex at back to front of guest house.

Basic good accommodation, excellent b/fast.
TV not working properly but we didn't come to watch TV. Our ensuite bathroom good but fan didn't work.

Basic B&B. It does exactly what it says on the tin. Rooms clean and comfortable, good breakfast, no late night noise, very convenient for all city centre activities. Would definitely stay here again.
