    Sehr gute Lage ( 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Grafton Street/ St. Stephen's Green). Ruhig, trotz des Pubs im Haus. Nettes Personal. Gutes und reichhaltiges Essen.

    room was nice and big but there was no toilet roll in the bathroom when we arrived and the bin was not emptied also there was no mirror in the bedroom staff were friendly

    nice, nice people...expected the noise from copper jack's face so no problem there. the shower in the second room i moved to didn't work and no hot water from the shower but i managed and they did offer to let me shower in the empty room next door.

    We got an unsolicited upgrade to some fancy room in the same establishment. Very happy with our stay.

    Very clean, well located place to stay. Good value. Just be aware that the hotel is located in the same building as "Copper Face Jack´s" nightclub. So it gets noisy at night. Cool club with local people, but if you want to sleep early, and in silence, bring earplugs.
