with a vue to the street my room was very cosy and silent, I slept very well indeed! I had a private bathroom. Having a tasty Irish breakfast at 8h30 listening to the Irish songs and reading Irish humour on the walls of the dining room was a good way of beginning the day !! I had a great stay! The rooms were clean and had big beds (very happy with that being quiet a tall fellow). Furthermore, the couple that runs the place were very nice and helpful, and always available to answer your questions. The only downside I can think of is that it's a 10 minute walk from temple bar, so going back after a night out looks a bit longer! ;-) (although there a more than enough buses and taxi's in the area for a reasonable price). BTW: Do yourself a favor and start the day with the Irish breakfast at McElroy! I only did that the last day and found out that it was much better than all those breakfast places I tried at nearby O’Connell Street!
