Auburn B&B is a 3 star family run bed and breakfast, located in the attractive, leafy suburb of Drumcondra on the northside of Dublin City. The proprietors of the B&B are very friendly and try their best to ensure that their guests have the best time possible. Drumcondra is a great place to have a base in Dublin, as it is near to both the city centre and the airport. Buses frequently stop near the B&B, running in both directions, and it takes ten minutes on bus or twenty five minutes on foot to get to the city centre. Nearby, you'll find Croke Park, the Point Theatre, the Marino Institute and Dublin City University. ...more details > There are three rooms available in the B&B, each of which is nicely decorated and offers all facilities necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, such as a TV, heating, tea and coffee making facilities, hair-dryer and Wi-fi internet. The room choices consist of one twin room and one double room, which both have an ensuite bathroom, and one twin room which has a private bathroom outside the room. The breakfast is included in the price, and is a real treat, as the owners both learned the art of cooking at the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School. Lastly, the house has a lovely garden where you can have your morning tea or coffee while you plan your itinerary for the day. Ein sehr netter unkomplizierter Empfang, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Familie. Sauberes Zimmer, tolles Frühstück. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15min. auf der O'Connell Street (ohne Parkplatzsuche ;-P).
Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig weit von der Innenstadt entfernt. Auch die naechste Bushaltestelle ist nicht ganz nah. Das Fruehstueck war super. Die Zimmer grosz und sauber. Und die Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
