Once upon a time, in 1804 to be precise, the 2-star Holyhead Hostel, one of Dublin’s first B&Bs, opened. The setting is two hundred years ago, before Ryanair, before Aer Lingus, before the Luas, and certainly way before the birth of the Celtic Tiger. Well, fast forward to the 21st century and this charming B&B is going stronger than ever. Who would have known that the city’s main train station, The Dublin Spire, and the central bus station would have been built just around the corner? Not to mention the hundreds of bars, cafés, theatres and museums which popped up during those two hundred years? ...more details > In his cosy and atmospheric B&B, there are three types of room to choose from; double, triple and quadruple. All rooms have a shared bathroom on the corridor, but who needs a private bathroom when staying in living history? From the outside, the B&B retains all of its old charm from its time of horses and carts, but the inside has changed with its time to create a really cool atmosphere. Facilities include 24-hour reception, laundry services, left-luggage office and, something which was certainly not there two hundred years ago, Wi-fi internet in public areas. Towels and sheets are provided, and a tasty breakfast is included in the price (served in the room). Step back in history while remaining in the comfort of the 31st century! < hide more details

Propreté laissant vraiment à désirer que ce soit dans la chambre ou dans les sanitaires communs.
Bon rapport qualité / prix mais quelques remarques : pas de chauffage, pas de serviettes de toilette... Bruyant du fait de sa situation géographique.
Posizione ottima, pulito, colazione abbondante. Tutto come richiesto.
